January Box
Natural Ethiopia and Brazil
Happy new year! We had a blast introducing new coffees to our subscribers in 2021. From 2020 to 2021, our online channel
grew over 100%. It was and is a humbling challenge, and we look forward to introducing more unique coffees this year. With the
growth of our subscription base, there may be more sub-exclusive coffees this year (like the Natural Ethiopia in this months box).
Dani is a "Single Farm Single Variety" project in Ethiopia by Tri-Up Coffee - a very unique and challenging endeavour in Ethiopian coffee. We paired
this with another unique coffee, from Brazil - an anaerobic natural process Yellow Icatu.
