Luis Balladarez, with whom we've been fortunate to work with for several years now.

Luis won 1st place this year in the Cup Of Excellence with a Maracaturra variety from his farm Un Regalo de Dios.

In this month's box, we've included 3 coffees from his farms, highlighting 3 processing methods.
A natural Java, a honey Pacamara, and a washed Catuai.

Java Natural

An intensely fruit-forward coffee, this Java natural shows why Lo Prometido was a popular coffee in past years. It's a fruit medley in a cup.
