March Box
Natural and Washed Mexico
This month's selection comes to us courtesy of Forward Coffee with these coffees chosen by Cole Torode himself! We had asked for a different origin than what we usually offer and
entrusted Cole to pick out something suitable for our subscribers. Cole has represented Canada as a finalist in the World Barista Championship not only once, but twice!
Needless to say, we knew this month's subscription sourcing was in good hands.
Mexican specialty coffee has grown rapidly with excellent quality. One reason it is not often seen in the global market is due to a growing
domestic demand where high quality lots are consumed in country. Roasters and cafes are local to coffee producers and thus able to foster
and nurture close relationships to develop and maintain quality.
