West Java

In this months box, we're presenting two coffees from West Java, Indonesia! These are not coffees you would typically expect from Indonesia, both in flavour profile and processing.

The first coffee is from Ciwidey, West Java, which sits just southeast from Bandung (the fourth largest city in Indonesia). It is a natural process coffee from local varieties, which is quite rare in an environment that is humid and rainy.

The second coffee is from Cikole, West Java, nestled in the lush forest of Maribaya just northeast of Bandung. This coffee is an anaerobic washed processed, collected from Small Holder Farms and processed at Cikole Estate Washing Station.

We hope you enjoy these coffees - we had fun sampling these interesting lots on the cupping table.
