An advanced pourover workshop intended for participants who have experience with brewing and are interested in improving their technique. The session will be led by Hong Kong 2015 Brewers Cup Champion and 2016 World Brewers Cup Finalist, Benny Wong. Individuals will have the opportunity to learn and practice in our lab with access to various brewers, grinders and other gear. Equipment is available but participants are encouraged to bring their own grinder and kettle to practice for best results at home. Sessions will be led in English.
Workshops will be held at our roastery in Markham. Brewing equipment is available but attendees are encouraged to bring their own setup to practice on.
Minimum 24hrs notice for cancellations.
