Gora Kone

Brought in for our Roastery Select subscribers, this washed Ethiopian coffee comes from a private mill in Nansebo, West Arsi named Gora Kone. There are about 700-800 smallholder farmers delivering small lots of coffee to this wet mill. The coffee is then handsorted, pulped and graded by density, fermented for 24-48 hours, and then soaked in clean water for another 12 hours before drying for 12 days.
