Named after a beautiful species of birds that have made their home on the coffee farms in the region, Las Cotorras is a coffee that is grown in the highlands of Chiapas State in the Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. Coffees from here characteristically exhibit sweetness of chocolate, red fruits, spices, and berries. You'll also notice it's creamy and full bodied.
